Sean and Jane Murphy had a dream of moving to France. After visiting friends back in 2004, who had purchased a beautiful property in the Dordogne, South West France, it was immediately obvious that they just had to make the move.

They spent two years looking for a property around the Bergerac area and eventually found their perfect home and a retreat from their busy, rat race lives back in the UK. It was becoming a reality and soon their dreams and aspirations of living the French life were coming true. The big question now was “How to make a living?”

With Jane’s long career in a sales and event management environment and Sean’s background as a commercial helicopter pilot there had to be something they could apply their skills to. It was because of this that they decided to bring to life ‘Blade Runner Events’ which incorporated both event management with helicopters.

Not only did the idea of running corporate events play a big part in the coming together of the company, the idea of including house hunting by air came to fruition after their own house hunting experiences.

They are able to offer a full spectrum of tailor-made services to suit individuals or corporate companies and nothing is too much trouble. A professional and personal approach is what separates their business from many others.
